We always had a passion for food. After our newborn son came into our lives, we moved into a two-bedroom apartment. We did not have the opportunity to cook what we loved. We used to make the Haitian patties with literally just the flour, and it was always the best patties we ever tasted.

Yolie cooks tasty food with passion, and that is where the idea came up to open our first Haitian restaurant in Palm Beach, Florida, so welcome to our family, where great food just isn’t good enough.
