Yolle Tropical Restaurant is looking for an experienced bartender who enjoys providing friendly service and also likes working in a fast-paced environment.

• Candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in bartending
• Must past a background check
• Bartender Candidates must have full experience making craft cocktails
• Knowledge of a second language (Spanish or Creole) a must.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 – $11.75 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Verify identification and age requirements of customers
• Mix traditional and creative cocktails
• Process payment from customers
• Clean glasses and bar utensils
• Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences
• Record and balance cash receipts and prepare cash deposits
• Open and maintain tabs throughout their shift
• Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere
• Plan and present bar menu
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks

Requirements

• Resume and proven working experience as a Bartender
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
• Computer literacy
• Knowledge of a second language (Spanish) is a plus
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
• Relevant training certificate
